​We  accept checks!  If you wish to send a check, please do the following:
  1. Download and complete the Bulk Registration Form below.
  2. Once you have done that, download and Print the Pay-by-Check Form.
  3. Email the Bulk Registration Form to:  [email protected]
  4. Mail your check and the order form to:  OyACE, PO Box 3804, Salem, OR 97302
