Pay by Check

​We  accept checks!  If you wish to send a check, please do the following:
  1. To hold your spots, please send us an email at [email protected] with the number of attendees and your district name on or before 12/12/2025*.​  Then...
  2. Determine the total amount for your admissions using the Pay-by-Check Order Form below.
  3. Mail your check and the order form to:  OyACE, PO Box 3804, Salem, OR 97302
  4. Upon receipt of payment, we will email you a discount code.
  5. Register your attendees online using the discount code during registration.​
