Call for Presenters-Fall Conference in the Dalles

OyACE invites presenters, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, community partners, and businesses to participate in the OyACE Columbia River Gorge Conference, November 6–7, 2026, in The Dalles. The conference will begin Friday evening with dinner and a keynote address, followed by a full Saturday of workshops, family programming, resources, and community connection

​Present a WorkshopShare knowledge, practical strategies, or lived experience with parents, youth, educators, and community partners. OyACE welcomes proposals addressing education, family leadership, advocacy, workers’ rights, early learning, college and career preparation, financial education, health and wellness, student services, and related subjects.

Spanish-language and bilingual presentations are especially encouraged. Presentation proposals are reviewed for relevance, quality, and alignment with OyACE’s family-centered mission.

Host a Nonprofit or Community Resource Table
Nonprofit organizations, schools, government agencies, and community partners may apply to provide information, resources, referrals, and services to participating families.
OyACE does not want cost to prevent a valuable organization from participating. Resource tables are therefore available without charge when needed. Organizations with outreach, exhibitor, or community-engagement funding are invited to make a  contribution toward conference expenses.

Reserve a Commercial Table
Businesses offering products or services relevant to families, educators, or community organizations may apply for a commercial exhibitor table. The $100 table fee includes one table, up to two chairs, conference admission, and scheduled meals for one representative. An additional representative may attend for $50.
Sales, samples, raffles, and other regulated activities require advance approval and any applicable licenses or permits.

Application Information
Space and presentation opportunities are limited. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. OyACE reserves the right to select participants, approve materials and activities, determine placement and scheduling, and decline participation that is inconsistent with the conference’s educational purpose or family-centered environment.
Participation does not constitute OyACE’s endorsement of any presenter, organization, business, product, service, or viewpoint. Approved participants will receive additional scheduling, payment, venue, and participation information.
